CMDA Officers:
President: Carol Poulin-Taylor
Carol and her husband Fred own Esprit Equestrian Center, a professional boarding, training and breeding facility, located on 60 acres of fields and woods in the countryside of southern Maine. Carol is a classical dressage instructor and trainer as well as a USDF "L" judge graduate. Esprit Equestrian Center's breeding program produces quality Trakehner horses.
Treasurer Suzanne Crowell
Suzanne is a long-time horse owner and has been a student of dressage student most of her adult life. Before moving to Maine in 2002 and becoming active in CMDA, she served on the board of the Potomac Valley Dressage Association. She currently owns Synergy, a TB/Lipizzaner x, and King Arthur, quite handsome but of unknown origin. They live on her farm in Pownal along with her friend’s 34 yr old QH pony, Mr Buckaroo.
Secretary: Heather Webster and Almighty Good Guy
Heather has been involved with horses for over 30 years, participating in Pony Club, showing in the pleasure ring, driving in Maine Carriage Days, and otherwise enjoying a wide variety of equine friends. She was extremely fortunate to work for Ms. Margaret Gardiner at Kennebec Morgan Farm during her college years. Currently she teaches English at Medomak Valley HS in Waldoboro, Maine.
